Welcome to our Tutorial site. We’ve put together some training modules that represent some of the common Role based usages of our Controlled Drugs Management system (CDM). Due to the configurable nature of CDM your exact Roles may differ slightly. You can view an introduction to the training modules here.
The administration module is for system administrators, and explains the main admin functions available in CDM.
This includes user and role based management and their associated usage rights, Medication control and system settings.
Supply describes the way Medications are brought into your Organisation from your external supplier or pharmacy. It also demonstrates how they are received by a Station.
The Managers module is for the staff responsible for the Station.
Their main tasks are running stock checks, incident resolutions, compliance checks and transferring medications in (see Supply) and out of the station (see Paramedic).
The Paramedics module explains how to transfer the Medication Kits in to their care, record usage and incidents.
Stock checks and the return of medication is also covered.
The Witness module shows how to sign off events as a witness.
